How much is shipping?

How long will it take my order to arrive?
We send out an order confirmation email right after you purchase. You can check the status of your order from the link provided inside the confirmation email. When the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

The Slippies Co. partners with global manufacturers in order to provide you with quality products at a great value. We ship from the United States and your order should be expected to arrive within 3-7 Days after shipment, factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. 


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which can take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufacturer to the you. International delivery usually takes about 14–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS Priority.

 
 
How do I track the order of my shipment?

My order arrived damaged, Can I get a refund?
In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at support@slippiesco.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue you a full refund immediately. 
 
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
In the case that you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days, email us at support@slippiesco.com and we will make it right immediately. We rely on repeat business and will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. Refunds are sent upon the delivery of returned goods.
 
I think I may have entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?
Yes! If you contact us before we have shipped your order we can change your order once you provide us the correct address.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is unable to be delivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when checking out and verify via the confirmation email you receive after placing an order.
